Karl G. Popowics, Partner
Born in Manchester, Connecticut and raised in New England, Karl Popowics attended DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana. After receiving his law degree from Indiana University-Indianapolis in 1996,
Karl started working at Goodin Abernathy, LLP where his practice focuses primarily on civil litigation. He represents a wide variety of clients in areas of wrongful death, personal injury, employment law, workers compensation, insurance, and general liability. Karl has vast jury trial experience in cases involving personal injury, premises liability, breach of contract, negligence and bad faith.
Karl currently lives in Carmel, Indiana where he and his wife Kerry raised their four children. When not practicing law, Karl enjoys running, fishing, and hockey.
