Andrew grew up in Anderson, Indiana and attended Anderson University where he graduated cum laude in 2007 with a degree in History and minor areas of emphasis in Religion, Philosophy, and Ethics. Andrew continued his education at Indiana University – Robert H. McKinney School of Law where he graduated in May 2010. While in law school, Andrew earned Dean’s List recognition and was a Property Fellow in the Dean’s Tutorial Society.
During law school, Andrew actively performed pro bono work with Indiana Legal Services in the Senior Law Project where he helped provide services for the senior citizen population in and around Indianapolis.
Andrew joined Goodin Abernathy, LLP as a law clerk in 2009 and began working full time as an attorney after his admission to the Indiana Bar in 2010. Andrew focuses his practice primarily in the area of insurance defense but handles a variety of other civil matters including handling cases before Indiana’s Appellate Courts. He has argued for his clients before both the Indiana Court of Appeals and Indiana Supreme Court. He is admitted to practice before the Indiana Supreme Court and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana as well as the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
Andrew is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, the Indianapolis Bar Association, and the Indiana Historical Society. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys playing golf and softball in a local men’s league. Andrew is a sports and barbecue enthusiast who enjoys spending time with his friends and family. Andrew lives in Fishers with his wife, Alyssa, and sons, John and Everett.
